Funding an order without leaving a thread

BlackOps issues a fresh deposit address for each order. You send Monero to it, wait for confirmations, and the balance appears against that order. The mechanics take a minute. The habits around them are what matter.

Send from your own wallet

Not from an exchange, not from a swap service directly. Move the coin into a wallet you control, let it settle, then send. Doing it this way costs one extra step and removes the direct line between an identity checked account and an order.

The deposit

Open the order, copy the deposit address it shows, send the exact amount, and wait. Monero confirmations land in roughly twenty minutes. If a deposit has not shown yet, it is almost always still waiting on confirmations rather than lost.

Keep the balance small

Deposit what the order in front of you needs and withdraw anything left over. A market wallet is somewhere to pass through, not somewhere to store. Every account of somebody losing funds around a market comes back to the same sentence, which is that money was sitting there when something happened.

Escrow holds it from there

Once funded, the payment sits in 2 of 3 multisig escrow rather than going to the vendor. It releases when you confirm the order arrived and matches. The security briefing on escrow covers what happens if it does not.
